“So you don’t remember much of anything? Just your mother?” Candace repeats and when Harley nods, the woman ponders to herself.
“And you don’t remember where your home is either…”
Harley nods again in agreement.
“How come you don’t remember?” Cathy asks innocently and Harley frowns at her.
“I don’t know…” Harley mumbles in disappointment. Is there something wrong with her?
Candace stays silent.
“Harley…I’m afraid that…” Candace then says but stops with a reluctant sorrow, the lines on her face deepening.
Harley looks up at her.
