A sudden gasp of oxygen fills your lungs, as if you had not taken a breath in centuries. The sharp onslaught of air causes you to cough and sputter. Cold air enters your body — and yet, it bothers you none. The chill travels over you with little effort, as if it is simply part of you now.
Your back is flush against the floor which, too, blends with the icy-cold that surrounds you. The ground is hard against your spine.
